Notable past members

Božidar Čobeljić (guest postdoc researcher from the University of Belgrade, Serbia; oct. 2016 – oct. 2017)

holding a PhD in Chemical Sciences, obtained in 2015 @ Faculty of chemistry, University of Belgrade, Serbia. Božidar Čobeljić deals with scientific research in the field of synthesis and structural characterization of coordination compounds as well as their potential use as bioinorganic materials.

Sara Seršen (PhD in 2016; presently researcher @ Lek)

Her work during PhD studies encapsulated mainly ruthenium complexes with O-O ß-diketonate ligands, which exhibited catalytic and bioactive properties. Her work is the basis of continued research into diketonate ligands at the Turel group.
